DELAYED PACKAGE:

When it comes to reshipments, claims, or lost packages, we will do our best to help all of our customers with their problems. If a package is lost, doesn't show up, or we can't confirm delivery with tracking, we will ship the order again. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be looked into, and you won't be able to get your money back until the problem is fixed.
