We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Please Note: Estimated Ship Timelines Do Not Include Handling/Production Time! Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

We have a shipping option is only available for customers in US Flat Rate: $5 per order

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

DELAYED PACKAGE:

We have formed partnerships with all of our carriers, and we try to get all packages to their destinations within the time frame given. Please note that we can't be blamed for package delays that happen because of bad weather, wrong address information, or problems with the shipping company that are out of our hands. When it comes to reshipments, claims, or lost packages, we will do our best to help all of our customers with their problems. If a package is lost, doesn't show up, or we can't confirm delivery with tracking, we will ship the order again. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be looked into, and you won't be able to get your money back until the problem is fixed. CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES:

The customer is responsible for paying any customs taxes, duties, or import fees. We don't pay any extra fees or costs for the package to get to your final destination or country. Please keep in mind that these fees vary from country to country, and we can't give you an idea of how much they will be.
