DELAYED PACKAGE:

Please note that we can't be blamed for package delays that happen because of bad weather, wrong address information, or problems with the shipping company that are out of our hands. When it comes to reshipments, claims, or lost packages, we will do our best to help all of our customers with their problems. If a package is lost, doesn't show up, or we can't confirm delivery with tracking, we will ship the order again. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be looked into, and you won't be able to get your money back until the problem is fixed.
